Substitutions & Design Discretion
To ensure the highest quality, we prioritize freshness and seasonal availability. While we always aim to match our signature designs, Nothing In Vain reserves the right to make thoughtful substitutions of equal or greater value. We will always maintain the integrity of your chosen color palette and the overall "look and feel" of the arrangement.
Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged.
Delivery Logistics
Creative Vision
It is the sender's responsibility to ensure the recipient is available at the time of delivery. In the event of a failed delivery attempt due to incorrect information or restricted access, a redelivery fee may apply.
Once an order has been collected or delivered, we are no longer responsible for the condition of the arrangement due to environmental factors, handling, temperature, or the passage of time.
Returns & Freshness
Due to the perishable nature of our arrangements,
We are unable to accept claims relating to handling after delivery, environmental conditions, natural progression of the flowers, or personal preference.
All sales are final.
Dispute Resolution & Agreement
By placing an order, you agree to contact us directly to resolve any concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
We are committed to addressing all matters gracefully and promptly and encourage direct communication so we may find an appropriate resolution.
Please note that fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may result in the refusal of future service.
